As our community continues to grow, we wanted to remind everyone that we all agreed to abide by the covenants and rules of Sutherland Bluff Plantation with the purchase of our home or lot. Please read through the covenants and the simplified rules and regulations in our handbook posted on our website www.sutherlandbluff.net.
Please take time to familiarize yourself again with our most common violations to our covenants:
Empty boat trailers stored on a lot
More than one trailer with or without a boat stored on a lot
Boats larger than 22 feet stored on a lot
Trailer with boat not stored behind the building line
Trash receptacles not shielded from view after trash day
Decals for boats and golf carts not displayed
Operating an unlicensed or unregistered vehicle within the community
Lending Pool & Fitness Center access cards to non-members
Not submitting “Hold Harmless Agreements” (guests Pool, Fitness Center & Tennis/Pickleball Courts)
Dock usage by non-residents
Golf carts, trailers, ATVs not stored inside your garage
Commercial operations within the property
Failure to properly clean and maintain lots
Open-air burning
Excessive noise or other nuisances and or disturbances
Children on golf carts without parental supervision
Remember that the covenants and bylaws are contracts that you agreed to when you closed on your property. The HOA wants compliance with these for the good of all HOA members.
